Review Boost can automatically send a review after a Calldrip call to have the prospect rate their experience with one of your agents. Now, not only can reviews be triggered instantly, but you have the option to manually send a review request to any of your prospects. This option allows for prompts to be sent via text or email, whichever works best for you and them.
*Use this feature for a customer who didn’t leave a review upon initial prompting, but has now become a happy customer after multiple interactions with your team.
Additionally, it is now possible to designate, by call duration, which prospects receive a review prompt. Whether you prefer 60 seconds or three minutes call durations, only prospects that were on the phone with your agents for the designated time will be reached out to for a review.
